Innovative mechanisms of interaction of economic subjects in the sphere of housel and utilities and their impact on improving the quality of HUS

The purpose of this article is to substantiate the priority areas for market reforms in the field of housing and communal services (HCS). Today, this area is one of the most significant sectors of the Russian economy, but the pace of its reform cannot be considered satisfactory. As part of the priority areas and tasks of market reforms in this area, the implementation of a comprehensive modernization of the network and institutional infrastructure, increasing the efficiency of interaction between its economic entities, as well as the quality of housing and communal services (HCS) are currently singled out. For their implementation, a method is proposed for the relationship of input and output processes that occur during the interaction of economic entities in the housing and communal services sector. As a result of the research, a new approach is presented that allows taking into account the significance of individual components at the level of input and output processes, as well as their impact on improving the quality of housing and communal services. This approach can be considered as an innovative mechanism for ensuring effective interaction between economic entities in the housing and communal services sector. The practical use of this approach in the form of a new toolkit for the interaction of economic entities in the housing and communal services sector will contribute not only to improving its efficiency, but also the quality of the provided housing and communal services.
