Innovative methods and practices of human resource management based on project management approaches

This article discusses the problem of flexible approaches to employee management based on innovative project methodologies based on human-centricity, communication and cooperation. From this point of view, the study was based on such flexible methodologies as holacracy, adhocracy, agile approach and sociocracy. The basic principles and their differences between themselves and from traditional hierarchical systems are highlighted. It is concluded that the introduction of such approaches and forms of organization calls into question the existence of the concept of "human resources" in the 21st century and puts the HR sphere in the organizational superstructure.
