Materials and methods: a review of the literature on this topic was conducted and appropriate conclusions were made about innovative methods of teaching the Kyrgyz language in colleges. The most effective innovative teaching methods in college are: problem-based, project-based, and research-based teaching of students. The use of innovative methods in the teaching process contributes to the development of new approaches to professional situations and the development of students' creative abilities.
