Innovative methods of teaching in anticrisis policy of higher education institutions

In the article the author makes an attempt to evaluate the ways of higher education institution existence in the conditions of demographic and economic downturn. The author suggests using innovative methods of teaching as an important element of anticrisis policy in the higher education institutions. Some aspects of module course projecting are considered as well.
