The economical importance of the capital of human relations is so, that its accumulation increases profit, reduces costs and risks because of the trust growth between the partners. That''s why the ability to operate partners'' relationship is the key competence of the company. In solving inter-organizational conflicts it is possible to use bi-matrix games. The estimation of the gamers strategies will differ, if we base not only the maximum gain according to the strategies, but also taking into consideration, what they can get additionally or loose in case of win or loss. So, we determinate what emerges win or loss of the gamers, giving each component certain evaluation. The sum of this evaluations gives us total evaluation in the matrix. So, game theory - mathematical discipline, which searches methods to solve the conflict situations, being the effective instrument for optimal solutions choice.
