Innovative approaches in modeling complex urban investment projects for city development

The author analyzes the characteristics of innovative approaches to modeling the processes of urban development investment in urban areas, based on modern technology foresight studies. Attention is paid to algorithm design models of urban development, the choice of the principles of priority («anchor») projects and the calculation of technical and economic parameters, on the basis of which the financial model is built. The mechanism of the selection of the project area, based on a model that includes 10 key elements that determine the investment potential of the prospects of the territory.
