Explores innovative approaches to assessing and analyzing the effectiveness of the educational process in a pedagogical college. In the context of contemporary pedagogical practice, particular attention is paid to the development of innovative methods and tools for evaluating the quality of education and its outcomes. The authors analyze various assessment models, including technological and pedagogical approaches, applied in the pedagogical process. The main focuses of the article are on the development of comprehensive assessment systems capable of considering not only students’ knowledge but also their pedagogical competence and soft skills. Challenges and prospects for integrating innovative approaches into assessment practices, including adaptation to changing educational process needs, are discussed. The study aims to identify effective strategies for improving educational practice and enhancing the level of education in pedagogical colleges.
