Innovative approaches to foreign languages teaching at technical universities: slow education (pro et contra)

The article deals with the feedback forms in the organization of foreign language teaching to technical higher school students. Special attention is paid to the system of objectified intermediate control - Educon. The authors attempt to comprehend potential application of the slow learning.
