Innovative approaches in corporate governance in the era of global challenges

The article considered the key changes that occurred in corporate governance in the XXI century, and were associated with globalization. The author separately highlighted current trends and changes in corporate governance, and described how they affect the business processes of the company. In addition, current risks and future opportunities of corporate governance are described. The author has presented the considered issues of corporate governance in technological and socio-economic aspects.
