In the article the modern approaches of regulation of organizational conflicts in the human process management system. Identifies the important steps and methods of handling conflicts in the management of activities in order to ensure business cooperation in the activities of the staff. Identify positive and negative aspects of conflict in the organization. The authors came to the conclusion that at the present stage of development of staff requires an integrated approach to conflict management control in organizations with a view to optimal prevention, as well as the establishment of the positive elements in the development of the activities of the staff of the organization.
