Innovation projects: an integrative approach to effective management

The article discusses the need for the economy to transition from energy exports to exports of knowledge-intensive products through the modernization of production assets, replacement of equipment and upgrading of components, which requires significant financial and resource investments, as well as reforms in the field of science, technology and innovation policy. The paper analyzes government initiatives, including key strategic documents aimed at ensuring technological sovereignty and structural adaptation of the economy. Special attention is paid to methodological approaches to innovation project management, such as multifactor, systemic, risk management, nonlinear, modular, quasi-resonance and structural-decomposition. The authors conclude that the integrative approach, combining the best elements of the above methodologies, is the optimal solution for creating competitive high-tech products that can meet domestic demand and successfully compete in international markets.
