Innovative resources of interaction between the state and civil society: statement of a problem

The article deals with innovative resources of interaction between the state and civil society. It is concluded, that under current conditions, the search for such cooperation resources is necessary, moreover, both for the state, for otherwise it risks to turn into the antidemocratic government with bureaucratic arbitrariness, and for the civil society, for which this issue becomes a matter of survival.
