In the framework of this article, the transition in modern socio-economic conditions from classical forms and wage systems to combining several variants of the formation systems of the basic and variable part of labor remuneration in conjunction with the personnel management system as a whole is considered. For the considered enterprise, the combination of a talent management system and a grading system is the most optimal.
