Innovative ways to improve document management, control and accounting record keeping

In the article the ways of interacting with regulatory authorities with the aim of improving document management, control and accounting record keeping. The authors noted that such methods are the use of: electronic document management at the enterprises of electronic signatures in electronic documents, all accounting documents in electronic form, electronic services, storage and exchange of documents. The implementation of these technologies in the modern enterprise can reduce the amount of time spent on the preparation and signing of the documents and bring them to the regulatory authorities.
