Principles and strategies for innovation enterprises in mechanical engineering

The level of development of machine-building complexes is an indicator of agricultural development of any country. In times of crisis, various restrictions and sanctions high level of mechanization and automation of labor is an indicator of high growth rate and quality of manufactured agricultural products. At present there is a short supply of high-quality equipment in machine building, which leads to serious barriers for the development of agriculture. Quite rapidly changing economic conditions require appropriate response of enterprises. Modern economics, on the one hand, does not accept delays and slow response to the changes, but on the other hand, ill-considered and quick action can also be fatal for the company. The article deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of the strategic planning necessary for the efficient operation and optimal decision at machine-building enterprises. The analysis of possible strategies for innovative development in mechanical engineering is carried out, which allows us to define existing both economic and sectoral problems in the industry, which do not facilitate efficient development of Russian machine-building complexes. In order to solve the identified problems it is proposed: to use innovative strategies that are a set of measures for the effective use of enterprise innovation potential for long-term development and affect the means and forms of activity, position in the environment, relationships within the enterprise; to support innovation activity at a high level, which directly affects the income of the enterprise. These enterprises realize that it’s necessary to remain competitive and technological advantage is very important, and this contributes to their development. The desire to maintain its technological advantage as the basis for a sustainable and highly competitive position and is a new trend, which is defined as the acceleration of the innovation process. In modern economy, innovation is the so-called lever that pushes the machine-building enterprises to move constantly forward, as any stop can threaten the loss of positions in the market and in technology in general, which in turn can lead to bankruptcy. Any strategic decision in the field of innovation is necessary to consider in maximum detail from the perspective of managing emerging risks and the financing of innovation. Therefore, in machine building it’s necessary to consider the development of innovative strategies as a priority, which reflects the level of scientific and technical progress for the country as a whole and defines the development of other sectors of the economy.
