The article discusses modern innovative technologies for staff recruitment: intellectual, stressful interviews, headhunting, recruiting, screening. The main advantages and disadvantages of the process of implementing innovative personnel procedures are formulated. An algorithm for selecting personnel for business incubators for the formation of research teams and the creation of innovative companies was also considered. Possible problems that may arise in connection with the introduction of innovative technologies are considered.
