Innovative trends of development of the regional heat power complex

The article is aimed at studying modern innovative trends in the development of the heat and power complex at the regional level. The problems of the heat and power complex of Russia and the regions are revealed, the prospects for an innovative model of its development are determined. The main reasons and factors that negatively affect the financial condition of the heat and power complex are considered, the directions of the process of reforming the regional heat and power complex are substantiated. The relevance of the heat and energy complex is due to the fact that its activities are aimed at meeting the priority needs of the population and creating the necessary conditions for the life of the population, the functioning of the social sphere and all branches of the national economy, is an integral part of the life support of the regions of Russia, which determines the acuteness of the problem of the development of the heat and power complex in modern conditions of the digital economy, the importance of an urgent solution to the related economic and social issues, the primary need for a comprehensive scientific study of both general theoretical aspects of functioning and the problems of an innovative development model. The principles of improving state regulation of the implementation of innovative development of the heat and power complex at the regional level are formulated. It has been substantiated that the task of implementing innovative tendencies requires a significant activation of the targeted economic policy of the state. It is shown that the implementation of the strategic course requires a radical increase in the efficiency of innovative development.
