Innovative people: how to make them in the modern conditions?

In this work, we analyze the needs and conditions of training for the innovation economy. The analysis shows the lack of resources for training a new type. First of all the universities need the financial means to pay for the work and development of material base, which should provide the learning process. The article shows that the solution is the cooperation of universities with enterprises within the industrial and economic clusters. Existing standards allow flexibility to build the learning process, to link the disciplines with the needs of companies, to prepare students for specific jobs, reducing the adaptation time of graduates to the conditions of his professional activity. Instead, the cluster may extend financial assistance in the training process.
