The article is devoted to the disclosure of the concept of innovative marketing factors, as well as the meaning of such concepts as marketing, marketing innovation, increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, and of course, ways to avoid crisis situations. It is planned to conduct a study, the requirements of which include, to find out in what conditions of the crisis the production of products, taking into account the needs of consumers, will increase competitiveness.
