The article deals with the academic mobility of the disabled students in perspective - as the change of the location for teaching and preparing a graduation paper based on the retraining program “Managers of the heterogeneous groups” in University of Tyumen. There is suggested the description of the practical experience of the organization of the new format of the graduation paper for the disabled students.
