The innovative cluster as a necessary condition for effective development of an industrial region (case study of the Nizhny Novgorod region)

Today the development of innovations at the regional level on the basis of cluster approach seems relevant and forward-looking. The article analyzes the innovation clusters of the Nizhny Novgorod region, considers the possible areas for further clustering of the regional economy. The authors suggest the algorithm of innovation cluster creation in the region.
