Innovation management in education

The article considers the topics on management of innovative development of educational establishments. Innovative managers in education should possess the scientific, pedagogical, social, and psychological potential, as well as economic and legal knowledge. It's so because while managing the innovation processes they should be able to predict the possibility of negative situations or unforeseen problems and quickly to find ways to overcome them. The article reveals the factors influencing psychological readiness to innovation management.
