Innovative approach to increasing the efficiency of human capital of IT-industry enterprises

The article describes an innovative approach to improving the efficiency of the human capital of enterprises. It is based on taking into account the industry specifics of the activities of IT specialists in the development of managerial and professional competencies of employees of HR departments. As a result of using the tools for conducting trainings, the competences of employees of HR departments were correlated with the industry specifics of the production activities of employees of enterprises in the IT industry. This ensures the growth of the efficiency of the human capital of enterprises based on the increase in the professional competencies of employees of HR departments.
