Innovation strength as a factor of enterprises competitiveness of agro - industrial complex

This article discussed appropriate socio-economic and environmental conditions of agro-industrial complex regional enter- prises development as well as their capacity to provide foodstuff for the Russian Federation. The system strategy of stability and growth should be implemented without sacrificing of the most traditional preferences, and in a completely new paradigm. It is necessary to implement economic reconstruction and overcoming considerable gaps at levels of wellbeing of the population. This article gives a generalized description of the innovation strength of a region. The article author concludes that the stage of output recovery is associated with the complex structure of the technologies restructuring in processing and infrastructure branches of agro-industrial complex, the innovations implementation, the systems development of communications, the capitals flow and workforce in the agricultural complex.
