Innovative potential of the cluster model of personnel training for traditional artistic crafts of Russia (conceptual justification)

The author scientifically substantiates the feasibility of developing a cluster model of the educational and production environment for training future artists of traditional applied art, taking into account current trends and the results of open education research. An analysis of sources of philosophical, cultural, art history, and pedagogical literature is carried out; on this basis, a hypothesis is put forward that describes and visualizes the specifics of the cluster model. The innovative potential of the cluster model for training artists in the field of traditional applied art is revealed, which will contribute to strengthening the cultural sovereignty of Russia and updating the national identity of the Russian people.
