In the theory of cultural policy the methodological variety, accumulated in science and humanities is constantly growing. But in the cultural-political practice the methodological paradigm, which establishes predominant position of economic-centrism over cultural-centrism and geopolitics over chrono-politics still prevails. The modern situation causes challenges focusing on culture as the factor of society development.
