The article discusses the program of methodological support of physical culture and sports at the Orel Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V.V. Lukyanov. Health should be considered as a continuous process of adaptation to the social and external environment. A healthy lifestyle cannot be acquired once and for all at a certain stage of upbringing and personal development. A lifestyle can be healthy only when it is improved, supplemented with various new elements useful for health, habits and thereby contributes to an increase in human vitality. The effectiveness of the educational process in the educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia depends on the quality of education and upbringing of young people in compliance with the elements of a healthy lifestyle, the health of the nation of our country as a whole.
