Foreign languages within a universal educational space

The article deals with the forming universal educational space. The new conditions make important an ability for intercultural communication and interaction with partners from different ethnic and linguistic communities. A foregn language text in such cases serves as a communication unit. Hence the growing importance of intercultural educational space in foreign languages. Such space is a specific social practice, a universal cultural and historical form of Mankind’s development. The author states that the language influences values, behavior patterns, every persons way of life with corresponding changes.
