Foreign labour migration on the territory of Krasnodar krai: the current state and prospects

The article highlights the issues related to foreign labor migrations on the territory of Krasnodar Krai which are determined by various factors (social, economic, political). Migrations are important social processes having essential impact on this or that region. They need careful regulation from specialized bodies (which control entries and departures, registrate and implement all necessary procedures) and close attention from scientific communities. It is noted that lately there were a number of important events in the economy of Krasnodar Krai the key event of which is preparation for the Winter Olympic Games of 2014 in Sochi. Undoubtedly, it has the most powerful impact on the image of the region and enhances its economic growth. Thanks to it, the role and popularity of Krasnodar Krai as a center of attraction for internal and external labor migrants significantly increases.
