The article described the experience of foreign investment attraction to electrotechnical industry of Soviet Russia within the technical assistance treaties concluded together with European and American concession contracts. The author has concluded about a German Firm AEG's successful collaboration in 1926-1931 with renewal and modernization soviet electrotechnical industry under the technical assistance treaty with the state electrotechnical trust.
