Insider control in Russian state corporations

The paper presents the main results of the author’s research of investment activities of Russian state corporations. Particularly, the author emphasizes high quality of the state control over their activities, distinguishes insider control infrastructure elements and mechanisms of asset transfer in the form of insider rent, provides an assessment of the scale of funds withdrawals, and describes the main negative effects of the systematic withdrawals for the investment projects.
