Бесплатный доступ

The article describes the process of institutionalizing inclusive education. It presents contemporary scholars' approaches to studying this process within the framework of social constructivism theory, as well as the principles of equality for individuals with disabilities, health limitations, and special educational needs, ensuring equal access not only to education but also to other aspects of various areas of social life. The concept of “inclusive education” is examined from different perspectives: as an international regulatory act, a Russian Federation law, and from the standpoint of modern scholars. A comparative analysis was conducted based on the characteristics of the classical educational institution, such as requirements, conditions, functions, and structural components, revealing the common and specific features of inclusive education.
