Institutionalization of the sphere of social policy in the context of modernization in the countries of Central Asia

This article reveals the role and significance of modernization in the social sphere of the economy. Also, the author's definitions for such concepts as modernization, social sphere and social modernization are given. The theoretical aspects of social modernization are studied and the modernization of the social sphere of the economy is analyzed.
