The artic/e ana/yzes the readiness of the Russian education system for the transition to creative education techno/ogies within the framework of the transformation of the nationa/ economy and the paradigm shift in the deve/opment of the education system as the sphere of service provision in favor of the concept of /ong-term investment in human capita/.
