Institutional environmental development of regional infrastructure

Regional social infrastructure is a object of the article. Author describes the development of a regional social infrastructure going on due to mixed economy based on original form private-public partnership in different sorts of network infrastructure. The paper identifies area in the regional space where mixed (private and public) mechanisms of an infrastructure development are effective. The expectations of PPP mechanism efficiency for federal districts of RF are assessed in the article. Author describes interaction between private and public partners in infrastructural, organizational and service levels.
