Interdisciplinary approach is considered in the article to investigate the category of intellect. This approach is the basis of the development of intellectual entrepreneurship holistic concept. The authors give their vision of intellectual entrepreneurship as social-economic institution; suggest a model of partnership organizing and formation of the net of institutional agreements between key institutions of intellectual entrepreneurship.
