Institutional issues in the formation of the regional clusters of organic products processers

Recently organic production has become a flagship industry in the developed countries of the world, and a basis for sustainable development of rural areas. In Russia the formation of the market for organic products is developing slowly in comparison to global trends despite the significant potential of this market. The formation of integrative structures in the economy, which also include clusters, contributes to a more dynamic development of the relevant industries. Of course, institutional conditions are of great importance in this process. The article consideres the institutional environment and mechanisms for the formation of a regional cluster of organic production.
