Institutional forms of harmonizing the interests of public and private entities of management

The public authorities in their activities regularly faced with the problem of lack of resources to achieve the public interest objectives. In this regard, they are attracted to the solution of socially significant problems of private business. This interaction requires special institutionalization. The article examines the main, widely spread in the Russian practice, forms of harmonization of interests ofpublic and private entities of management.
