Institutional restrictions of development of innovative production technologies

In modern conditions inevitability of development of high technology production is staticized. Therefore the Russian industrial complex is faced by several serious challenges. One of main - classical all-Russian problems - conditions for implementation of innovations, administrative barriers, personnel problems, taxes, etc. The listed factors act as powerful "inhibitors" of innovative development of the industry of the country. At the same time, certainly, the major global challenge for a domestic industrial complex is formation in a world economic system of the next technological way, increase of tendencies of reindustrialization and technologization of production business activities of subjects of economy. To accept this challenge, movement, both in technical and technological, and in structural and organizational the directions of development of industrial enterprises is necessary.
