Institutional framework for relationship relations in the labor collective

The article presents the results of the analysis of relations in the labor collective from the point of view of institutionalism. The essence of such concepts as institutions, labor collective and relationships in it is revealed. The issues of classification of institutions into formal and informal are highlighted. The article pays attention to the problem of opportunism, notes its role in the relations of workers, as well as its importance for the enterprise as a whole.
