Instituitional premises of formation and factors of success of regional pharmaceutical clusters (case study of the Volgograd region)

The article analyses institutional factors which have paramount impact on the formation of eight pharmaceutical clusters (PC) on the territory of the Russian Federation, among them fundamental science, industry, universities, distribution, start-ups, and profile small-scale businesses. The conditions of development and gaining success are researched on the base of Volgograd pharmaceutical cluster.
