Institutional problems of goals' conflict in food security ensuring

Modern economic conditions have required adjustments to the main methodological and methodological provisions in most areas. Analysis of the process ofensuring food security has shown that a ten-year assessment period is the most suitable to fully understand the course of processes related to food security. The conflict of goalsthat accompanies the processes of transformation of the methodology of ensuring food security in Russia can be minimized by implementing consistent measures, which was proposed in the course of the study.
