Institutional trends of the impact of migration processes

Purpose: To study the impact of migration on all spheres of society and the state. Methodology: Historical, legalistic and analytical methods was used. Results: The article highlightes the socio-cultural problems of infitration, layering and rejection of insulariy, which are caused by the migration processes. The article analyzes 2 types of cultures: the culture of individualism and of collectivism, showing the pros and cons of each of them. It is the conflict of cultures that lies at the heart of interstate problems, because people always try to preserve their roots and their identity even after changing their place of residence. The article considers a variety of ways of conducting migration policy, which is carried out taking into account the needs of the labor market, the economic situation in the country and the mood in society. On the example of Germany, the United States, the Russian Federation and other countries, a different attitude towards migrants is shown. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a high scientific value, because it attempts to consider the institutional trends of the impact of migration processes. This topic is relevant today, in the age of globalization and high migration.
