Institutional analysis of implementation of state policy in the field of physical culture and sports: experience of Russia and foreign countries

The article discusses Russian and foreign experience in the implementation of state policy in the field of physical culture and sports. The author analyzes the influence of the institutional foundations of administrative management on the peculiarities and emphasis of the development of the industry under consideration. Particular attention is paid to the level of delegation of authority between the federal and local authorities regarding the regulation of policies in the field of physical culture and sports.
