Institute of enforcement proceedings in the USSR (1941-1945): historical and legal aspect

The article focuses on the specifics of implementation of the institution of enforcement proceedings in such a special period as the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). The author presents a historical and legal point of view. The study of the institution of enforcement proceedings in a crisis war period, an analysis of normative and judicial decisions, as well as regulatory activities allow to assess the success of adaptation of legislative and judicial bodies of the Soviet government to the conditions of wartime, as well as assess development vectors of the legislative ideas in those years. The analysis of the legal experience of the period of the Great Patriotic War has an undoubted practical importance in the context of today’s implementation of special military operation, because the prompt and successful adaptation of the institution of enforcement proceedings in times of crisis periods of development of the Russian state allows to ensure effective law and order, timely and full protection of the legal rights and interests of individuals and organizations through the timely administration of justice.
