The institute of public assistant to the investigator: problems of the current stage of development

The article draws attention to the institute of public assistance to investigators of the Investigative Committee of Russia. It notes that there are similar institutions in other law enforcement bodies. The absolute usefulness of this activity for investigators and law students has been stated. The problems that arise in implementing this format of recruiting potential personnel for work in the Russian Investigative Committee are revealed.
