The institution of patronage as a prerequisite for sustainable development of adverse selection of principals and leaders of organizations in a transformed Russian economy

The article considers the dynamics of the development of the informal institution of protection in the transformed Russian economy by means of indirect indicators. The assessment of this Institute as one of the main prerequisites for sustainable development of unfavorable selection of principals and heads of organizations in the Russian economy and impeding the development of the Institute of competition in Russia.
