Institute of jury criminal cases: foreign experience trends in its development in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the particular features of jury participation in criminal proceedings in a number of foreign States of the Anglo-Saxon legal system, as well as the features of judicial proceedings involving various types of jury trials in continental Europe. There are problems with the effectiveness of the jury in our country.
