Institute of rehabilitation in the legislation of the Russian Federation: current status and prospects

The article analyzes the legal regulation of relations on compensation by the state for harm caused to persons as a result of illegal or unjustified prosecution of various types of legal liability: criminal, administrative, civil and disciplinary. As a result of the study the diversity of the legal regulation of the institution of rehabilitation in the current legislation of the Russian Federation was revealed, therefore the author substantiates and formulates the proposals for improving the legal regulation of the institution of rehabilitation in certain branches of law.
