The institution of registration in the government regulation mechanism

The modern development of registration as one of the methods, its place in the mechanism of state regulation is analyzed. It is noted that registration is complex in its content, its basis is formed by the activities of executive bodies. Based on a study of the problems arising in the process of registration of legal entities, conclusions are made about the need to improve the legal framework and the mechanism for the implementation of state registration.
